You need to leave town again so LA can find its winning mojo again. In fact, with one more period still to go, I say you hit the PCH NOW and don't look back.
I put up a short video of our comments during the second intermission. Check it out.
Nice video (link is here), though I gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed. Your word choices were way too civil for someone who sat through that bloodshed.
well...I was (and still am) in a state of shock. "Embarrassing" was the only word I could think of at the time. My man said I should have said, "Two words: face rape".
omg, seriously. I started laughing when I read that...is he fucking delusional?? Maybe he meant to say "this was the first game in months where every single player played poorly"
I should probably include the whole quote, but it doesn't help Crawford's case much.
"It was a collapse by our group tonight. If you're looking for an explanation, I don't really have an explanation. I do know when you're as fragile as our team has shown itself to be of late, if you get scored on early like that, it's probably the worst thing that can happen.
"From our coaching staff, I can assure you that we're burning the midnight oil. I can assure you that we're analyzing, maybe over-analyzing the games. This is the first game in months where we played poorly.
"We played awful. It was a stinker. There's no two ways about it. You can't mask this one, anyway. It was awful. We all have to take responsibility, myself included."
Really, to me it sounds like (a) Crow's an idiot, or (b) Crow wants to sound like an idiot in order to get fired faster. Either way, not a guy I'd put a lot of stock in to rally the troops or turn this season around.

I agree.
Is this a live-blog?
Yeah, I was upset that the Golden Globes were cancelled too.
Britney did WHAT to her hair?

Preach it. I mean, Dr. Phil PROMISED. As Americans, we are entitled to that special.
Well, at least they only lost by a touchdown!
Time for Blake to say "hell with this" and request a trade to the Sharks.....a fan can wish

Next time we won't be so nice.
Face rape sounds appropriately painful enough.
I CANNOT believe the Crawford quote in today's LA Times, though: "This is the first game in months where we played poorly."
Dooood, what's up with that? Has Crawford been in some sort of standing coma?

Crawford said WHAT????

Fukufuji-time.
I'm so utterly ashamed. The walk back to the car was definitely a quiet one.
