Can Someone Explain to Me...
...what this quote by Marc Crawford from over at Inside the Kings means?
"Right now we are not at the top of our game in that one crucial category, which is most crucial of all -- difference making and wanting make difference."
What? What the hell does that mean? I like thinking that Crawford screamed at the guys after the game because they didn't "make difference" and everyone looked around confused. I don't even know what he's trying to say. "Difference making and wanting make difference." Are we sure this wasn't Lubo instead of Crawford?
I'm baffled.

Well, that's your problem right there. They've secretly replaced Crawford with Yakov Smirnoff.
"In Soviet Russia, difference makes you!"
It's a laugh riot, no doubt, but it's not NHL-caliber coaching.
Look Rudy, difference making is the difference between wanting to make a difference and actually making a difference making play. Not everyone can be a difference maker, and the guys who make a difference make different differences almost every shift. It's these different differences that really make a difference over time.
I may differ, but I'll defer to katebits.
Vyote for Lubo! Cookie?
Who cares about Crawford or you? SHARKS WIN A SHOOTOUT!
No wonder the players don't know what to do.
I think Zeiler and Giuliano are making a big difference, it's just not in a good way.
Also, katebits, couldn't you have waited to let other people get their jokes in before you posted yours? I think you intimidated everyone because there was no way they could top that.
