Most of these photos were taken from the press box, but here is a photo gallery and audio clips from last night's Dallas Stars 3-2 win over the San Jose Sharks.

Nice work (Stars). I watched the end of this game, and found it interesting that the Sharks had set an NHL record for having 49 straight games decided in regulation.
Game 1: OT win vs. St. Louis
Game 51: SO loss vs. Dallas
It was pretty hilarious to hear the SJ announcers explain the "new" shootout rules this year for the first time.
If you heard that announcer on the video before the end, that is the one for the press box. During a game, he reads off the details of the important plays and lists about a dozen facts about the game. Pretty interesting stuff.
About 10 minutes left in the period, one writer predicted the Sharks were going to give up the tying goal and lose in overtime. It was that obvious given the way the Sharks were playing on the ice.
How you let an offensively starved team like Dallas come from behind in the 3rd and win in a shootout is beyond me.
They are the team directly behind the Sharks in the standings, and they knocked San Jose out of the playoffs twice. And if you are going to drop a game like that, at least take a pound of flesh in the process.
