    Wow, I feel so old...

    The song is "Axel F" by Harold Faltermeyer (which is the theme from the original "Beverley Hills Cop"). It seems to be mixed in with a soundclip from a joke that's been around the Internet for a few years making fun of outsourcing a Formula 1 Ferrari to India.
