I do notice sometimes its panned in too close though. The occasions where it is panned out enough to span the entire end of the ice, or very close to though, its a great way to watch a power play.Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12892367633984292438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27850362.post-83677200582481178572008-10-29T22:51:00.000-07:002008-10-29T22:51:00.000-07:00I'm telling you guys, the Ducks-Kings game was bad...I'm telling you guys, the Ducks-Kings game was bad, but the Ducks-Coyotes game from a while ago was done very well. You could see plays develop and all that good stuff.

On two seperate occasions I could clearly see that the Coyotes were going to score and managed to start my swear word early just moments before they actually did score. It's just the way its used.

Then again, if that game was lucky, and most games would come across poorly, then your arguments may be right.brokeyardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09375063373661364274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27850362.post-84282495973792395092008-10-29T21:52:00.000-07:002008-10-29T21:52:00.000-07:00I think everybody is giving rinkside view a bum ra...I think everybody is giving rinkside view a bum rap, its a great idea, just for the Ducks not the KIngs.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16653546015514935297noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27850362.post-75747325534574543832008-10-29T20:02:00.000-07:002008-10-29T20:02:00.000-07:00Not only that, but I sit in Row 2, and if you know...Not only that, but I sit in Row 2, and if you know where 332 is, you'd know that means that there is nobody sitting in front of me to obstruct my view.

I have no idea where section 332 is, but I can only assume you sit in a graveyard.

Must be nice. :)Earl Sleekhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15843720035500316419noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27850362.post-79475921361885580452008-10-29T20:00:00.000-07:002008-10-29T20:00:00.000-07:00My seats at Staples Center are in Section 332, rig...My seats at Staples Center are in Section 332, right at the goalline in the upper secton at the north end of the rink. It is such an awesome view because you can see everything develop.

Not only that, but I sit in Row 2, and if you know where 332 is, you'd know that means that there is nobody sitting in front of me to obstruct my view.Kevin Yhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01565616050815192653noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27850362.post-42519945141058530922008-10-29T18:20:00.000-07:002008-10-29T18:20:00.000-07:00The patricians that sit right near the glass won't...The patricians that sit right near the glass won't tell you this, but in places like the Great Western Forum or the Pond it's actually better to sit in the top section, right in the middle. Why? Because you can follow the puck wherever it goes.

So true, I feel like the games I give the worst recaps for are games I attend in Row B. Certainly I can see things on certain plays on one end of the rink, but I've trained myself to turn to the jumbotron if the puck's going to one of the corners.

You really should be making more of these ice charts, btw.
